At The Body Shop, we want you to love your nature-inspired products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 45 days of purchase. We offer simple returns for both online and in-store purchases to ensure your beauty routine remains stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
